If you have never participated in a live BoneBuilder Class but are interested in joining a BB class via Zoom, please first read all of the information here and then follow the link below.

2. Visit this link to review our Introduction and Safety Course.
3. Complete the questions posed at the bottom of the page.
4. Once you’ve completed the questions and have submitted them to us, please visit this link to sign-up.
5. At this point your job is done. We will fax the medical waiver to your PCP and await their returned copy via fax. As soon as we have the returned copy from your PCP we will email the access details to you so please be sure to provide an email when filling out your member information. We will never abuse your information!
