I now will go three days aweek because I like the... class and the teacher is a5 star.My daughter who went once to see if she thought it would be good for my bones ,was100% happy. And said keep going this is going to be the right ex. For your bones. My daughter is an RN. she will go again an also liked the teacher very much.
